Job Description
- Prepares projects plan for tactical project to include timelines, flow & cost for the designated account & help the account manager in complex projects.
- Manages qualitative and quantitative of tactical research projects, both independently and under supervision of account manager from brief to delivery.
- Develops a solid understanding on projects’ operations (Operations, data processing, QC) & provide remarks to Manager in charge.
- Handles & assists the account manager on daily projects’ operations.
- Gradually growing the number of assignments handled on each project.
- Writes research proposals of tactical projects and set timelines for projects based on proposal& help the account manager in complex proposals
- Handles all tactical projects sampling.
- Helps the account manager in complex projects sampling.
- Designs all data collection materials for all tactical projects such as questionnaires and discussion guides & help the account manager in complex ones.
- Develops analysis plans of tactical projects - Prepares/ Reviews and amend the service level agreement with the agencies.
- Construct tactical reports of his/her designated account.
- Brief fieldwork, quality control, and DP team and attend briefing sessions with interviewers before each project.
- Give research briefs to agency.
- Attend project’s pilot and 1st day of FW if needed.
- Follow up with project management team to maintain the standards and quality as required
- Moderates groups across Egypt. (Whenever needed)"
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Business administration in any relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in related field.
- Very good command in spoken and written English.
- Very good in Microsoft office programs.
- Strong analytical skills.
