Job Description
- Collaborate with Development teams, finding innovative ways to deliver on team commitments and milestones.
- Acts as the main technical and managerial point of contact for the project.
- Provide Development and Sr. Management ongoing status against delivery of commitments, identify and actively mitigate risks.
- Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.
- Develop project plan; estimates; develops pre-deployment checklists & implementation plans
- Working closely with the technical teams.
- Present and support Agile education and training activities as required.
- Expertise with the use of Agile project management tools. And assist the team, as needed, to build skills planning, goal setting, organizing and delivering through collaborative effort.
- Spotting project delivery issues and providing a constructive suggestion for improvements.
- Protects project scope and effectively manages change requests.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverable.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Experience 2-3 years as a project manager is a must.
- Very good communication skills and well proven experience dealing with different departments in a highly manner.
- PMP certificate is a must.
- Agile Certificate is preferable.
- Proven experience in any ALM tool (JIRA, RALY, or IBM rational tool)
- Great analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Java background is strongly Recommended.
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
