Job Description

  • Able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a computer system
  • Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
  • Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
  • Process taxes Insurances and payment of employee benefits.
  • Prepare reports for upper management, finance department, etc.
  • Assist the HR performance contract to support the business plan.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience.
  • Proficient level of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and knowledge of - large payroll processing systems and experience with HRIS system
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
