Job Description
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through setting learning road maps per team and per developer, coaching, code revisioning, and mentorship.
- Participate in peer-reviews of Odoo solution designs and related code
- Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Integrate Odoo with other web applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical and Odoo problems
Job Requirements
- Education: BA (prefer computer science and Computer Engineering)
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Experience in integrating Odoo with Other Business Systems
- Strong object-oriented programming
- Proficiency with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
- Ability to elicit needs from key decision-makers
- Familiar with the TFS, Jira
- Solid knowledge of REST API/GraphQL and XML RPC
- Solid UML diagrams experience is plus
- Relevant certificates are plus
