Job Description
- Manage attendance, annuals, excuses, one- to- one meetings, and appraisals for security teams, office boys and the runner.
- Manage company’s assets by managing the company’s store containing all office equipment, in addition to providing employees with needed equipment.
- Transporting office equipment to/from the company among our premises.
- Communicate with food and beverages companies to provide Majorel with water filters, and kitchen needs.
- Handle and solve any harassment cases or robbery.
- Responsible for implementing the set up for new Sites.
- In case of visits ensure cleanness of the company, and responsible for the catering when needed.
- Communicate with insecticide company to provide Majorel with insecticides regularly.
- Make sure the facility is kept secure and that the last users are closing windows, turning out lights, locking doors, and securing equipment.
- Responsible for inventory stock.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience as Facility Administrator
- Solid knowledge of House Keeping & Client Satisfaction
- Aware about HSE in general
- Solid knowledge of English Language
- Solid communication skills
- Good Microsoft office Command
