Job Description
- Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintaining sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Responsible for Delta across : Dakahleia / Tanta / Menofia / Sharqia
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Pharmacy or any related discipline.
- 5+ years’ sales experience in the healthcare segment
- Worked in the field force with proven track record in building KOLs and segmentation and targeting.
- Successfully managed Sales teams with experience in sales coverage models and quota setting
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem solving skills
- Industry experience is a plus
- Resident of Delta
