Job Role:
- Handling Sales over the phone (Telesales).
- Handling Administrative as well as sales tasks.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- To maximize the effectiveness of the Sales team by producing high quality and qualified leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- Develop creative a proposition aimed to reach to real estate master development sectors easily.
- Pro actively follow up with sales team on generated leads.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted of qualified leads and opportunities.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment.
- Proactive telemarketing in Real state market is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
