Job Description

Job Role:

  • Handling Sales over the phone (Telesales).
  • Handling Administrative as well as sales tasks.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To maximize the effectiveness of the Sales team by producing high quality and qualified leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
  • Develop creative a proposition aimed to reach to real estate master development sectors easily.
  • Pro actively follow up with sales team on generated leads.
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted of qualified leads and opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment.
  • Proactive telemarketing in Real state market is a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
