Branch Manager

Job description:

• Retail managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of stores or departments.
• The aim of any retail manager is to maximize profits while minimizing costs.
• They make sure that staff are all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
• Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
• Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Responding to customer complaints and comments.
• Organizing special promotions, displays.
• Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Dealing with sales, as and when required.

المهام الوظيفية لمدير الفرع :-

• مدير الفرع هو المسئول عن الاعمال اليومية لتشغيل الفروع والادارات حيث يكون المطلوب منه هو تعظيم الناتج وتقليل التكلفة المدير الكفء هو من يباشر مرؤسيه لتحقيق الهدف المراد منه والتأكد من تحقيق أعلي معايير خدمة العملاء دائماً وتحت أي ظروف.

المسئوليات :-

• إدارة وتحفيز فريق العمل لزيادة المبيعات وضمان كفاءة خدمة العملاء
• الرد علي استفسارات العملاء والتعامل مع الشكاوي
• تنظيم اماكن العرض الخاصة بالموديلات داخلياً وخارجياً
• مباشرة عمل الفريق عن طريق التجول في اماكن المبيعات بأنتظام لتلافي أخطاء الموظفين والتحدث مع العملاء وتحديد وحل القضايا الملحة.
• متابعة المخزون من الموديلات المعروضة وإعداد الطلبيات من المخازن.
• متابعة حضور وانصراف وجداول الاجازات الخاصة بالعاملين بالفرع.
• الحفاظ علي المظهر العام للفرع والموظفين.
