Job Description

  • Develop, and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities (website update, mailing and e-mailing, e-marketing and all Marketing related activities).
  • Monitor and deliver regular reports on market conditions and dynamism as well as competition analysis in light of visits to showrooms
  • Design and conduct customer satisfaction survey on different market segments using the database of the clients we have and piloting the update of our customer data.
  • Provide a market quantification data about market shares of different market players and build quality-price charts for different brands and/or product lines.
  • Analysis of customer satisfaction survey data and develop the KPI's to be measured through the designed questionnaire.
  • Go for a frequently visit for our showrooms to get their feedback on market trends, competition update, portfolio update and pushing new products, define their training and marketing needs, updating their technical and pricing libraries, checking the whole portfolio management with them…..etc.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new launches and existing products
  • Liaison with media and advertising
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Expand product solutions and offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Design print ads and publications.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight.
  • Engage consumers on social media.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
