Job Description
Sales Support
you must have experience in Sales in Freight Forwarder co
- Ensure project deliverables are in line with project expectations.
Administration Support
- Supervise daily physical transactions.
- Contact interface with the customer.
- Supervising and ensure handling procedures within the warehouse are respected according to goods specs.
- Supervising the daily documentation procedures in the warehouse.
- Supervising the receiving, inspection and shelving all shipments.
- Supervise all transactions on the system
- Ensure the processes and procedures are respected inside the warehouse
- Supervise all inventory actions and report.
- Report to warehouse operation Manager.
Quality & Improvement
- Respecting the ISO requirements and quality regulations.
- Applying the Order Acceptance steps.
- Direct the account employees.
Job Requirements
- You Must have experience in Sales in Freight Forwarder
- Considerable skill in organization and communication.
- Ability to gather data and generate easy to understand documents and reports.
- Thorough knowledge of freight and customs clearance practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology and concepts.
- Knowledge of computer software for tracking, filing, and e-mail messaging
