Job Description
- Lead production team to achieving target of the pre-determined production plan allocated for each shift.
- Handling production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to Production Head.
- Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
- Supervising & monitoring operators and helpers to ensure the accuracy of executing the production plan.
- Ensuring the application of the quality standards.
- Lead his team effectively to control and implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection.
- Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses.
- Monitoring scrap rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce scrap.
- Continuously developing plans for cost reduction.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related with production and quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Agriculture or Science
- FMCG experience, Preferable food industry
- Flexible with working on rotational shifts
- Excellent Leadership and Problem Solving skills
- V.good command of English language
- Certified Lean six sigma is an asset
- V. good knowledge of TQM and Food Safety
