The intern has to:
- Greets guests, Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
- Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests.
- Recognize return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and exceeded at all times.
- Listens, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
- Keeps current on hotel accommodations, services and area attractions.
- Handling guest queries
- Talking and taking feedback of all guests
- Preparing daily guest meet report
- Be regular with work
- Work as a team with the Front Office
