Job Description
- Supervising agency’s accounts.
- Supervising, briefing and setting specific objectives for each job.
- Writing contact reports to clients along with action to be taken and deadlines.
- Following up clients’ requirements whether in-house or out sourced.
- Supervising account executives and day-to-day solving of problems (Internal or with accounts).
- Setting the communication strategy of the client and/or brand.
- Designing pitch presentations for the clients.
- Presenting creative output to clients for approval and/or modification.
- Coordinating and attending meetings, presentations and TVC production meetings.
- Design and negotiate cost breakdowns and campaign budgets.
- Writing financial proposals and offers.
- Financial monitoring, following up and initial negotiations with accounts.
- Media briefing and following up with media houses.
- Helping to secure new business and vertical business development.
- Status reporting on weekly and monthly base.
Job Requirements
- High Degree (Mass Communications Graduate, IMC concentration) is a must.
- 3-4 years’ experience (preferable) in the field of account handling.
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical and creative skills.
- Strong leading, precise, ambitious and dedicated to work.
- Proactive in terms of delivering material and perform at a high level with minimal direction or guidance.
- Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
- Fluent English language (French would be a plus).
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet searching).
