Job Description
- Provide and presenting Academic information resources for Prospective, Leads and Clients.
- Follow up leads and Demonstrate over phone IR services for the clients and Prospects
- Develop & updating the Marketing Materials for IR business unit
- Work on online Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns
- Maintain database tracking sales activity for both prospective and renewal customers
- Provide needed Product training & knowledge for the Clients Online or inside.
- Maintain database tracking sales activity for both prospective and renewal customers.
- Contact and following up leads
- Follow up business opportunities with Sales Team
- Enter relevant data into appropriate CRM records systems as required.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Libraries, Information, Business Administration, Marketing Majors or equivalent
- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in related Field
- Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening
