Job Description
- Responsible of technical pre-sales of IT hardware solutions (Intel based servers, Blade servers, Storage area networks, etc…)
- Understanding customers’ IT environments, their technical needs and presenting the most suitable technical solution to their needs.
- Design, configure, validate and install hardware solutions.
- Achieve required products’ certifications when needed.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc of computer engineering from a reputable university.
- 2+ years experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting IT hardware solutions (Intel based servers, Blade servers, Storage area networks, etc…)
- Experience in installing and configuring Microsoft servers' applications & visualization software.
- Server+ certified.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Presentable, committed self-motivated and punctual.
- Residence of Heliopolis, Nasr City or surrounding areas preferred.
