Job Description
- Coordinates and prioritizes service obligations mandated by customer, prepares the Pre-planning and the precalculation estimate for the vessel operation, equipment plan, gears, and the number of labors, drivers, and shifts based on the customer’s work order for vessel’s operation.
- Studies vessel's import and export manifest and export load list and prepares the loading and discharging plan
- Supervise, co-ordinates, monitors, and arranges operational activities to load and/or discharge containers. Supervises, reviews, controls, and rules on all aspects of operations on board of vessels to ensure that the assigned labors and equipment are used efficiently, effectively and economically, and reaching the accepted QHSE standards.
- Ensures that health, quality, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Supervises, controls, and directs the assigned workforce to the unit during operations and be responsible for their actions.
- Makes decisions quickly, ensuring that they are effective and clear.
- Makes on-the-job decisions when faced with late receivables, equipment breakdowns and poor or incorrect performance.
- Holds briefing and debriefing meetings with the working team before and after completion of the operation
- Prepares actual calculation and compare it with the precalculation and does analysis of service performance indicators.
- Ensures principal/agent/vessels satisfaction as well as customers (forwarders, shippers, trucker, receivers, and their representatives)’ satisfaction during all involved operations

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics or equivalent
- Operational Background
