Job Description
- Put the sales plan and budgeting
- Implement and develop effective training programs that teach executives how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Determine the Sales team`s Target.
- Achieve the monthly Personal & Team set sales target.
- Perform a selling forecast analysis to provide to the top management.
- Responsible for Sales staff attendance, attire and attitude control.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree is required at any field.
- Any related Certificate or higher studies.
- High Leading communication ,Selling and Negotiating skills
- 3-7 years of experience ( At least 1 year experience in managerial position).
- Real estate experience is must.
- Prefer to living near New Cairo.
