Job Description
- Keep track of company attendance and employees leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave.
- Administers medical status changes (in & out families & employees) and review claims
- coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
- Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports and collect all necessary changes for running accurate monthly payroll
- Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and ensure that they are completes and complies with labor law & the company policies.
- Screens potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening.
- Advises and consults with employees regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations, and grievances.
Job Requirements
- Awareness of HR Activities.
- Good governmental affairs and communication skills
- HR Certificate/Diploma ""preferable"
- Excellent command of English Language
