Job Description

  • Keep track of company attendance and employees leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave.
  • Administers medical status changes (in & out families & employees) and review claims
  • coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files
  • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
  • Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports and collect all necessary changes for running accurate monthly payroll
  • Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and ensure that they are completes and complies with labor law & the company policies.
  • Screens potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening.
  • Advises and consults with employees regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations, and grievances.

Job Requirements

  • Awareness of HR Activities.
  • Good governmental affairs and communication skills
  • HR Certificate/Diploma ""preferable"
  • Excellent command of English Language
