Job Description
- Establishes sales target and Implement sales plans across all key accounts in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy.
- Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions.
- Analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company.
- Plan incentive programs for the sales team to achieve business objectives,
- Plan, control, and allocate specific budget and consumer promotions in line with the company and sales strategy,
- Ensure the sales team is reaching their KPI’s monthly and quarterly.
- Monitor performance and compliance of his direct subordinates, taking corrective action when appropriate.
- Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue across all key accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- Minimum of 8– 10 years in sales field.
- Relevant industry experiences a plus.
- Strong sales skills.
- Willingness to rotate accounts as per business need
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be self-motivated.
- Can Work under pressure.
