Job Description
- Monitor & Coordinate the achievement of monthly by channel/region /sales supervisors and salesman level at the national level
- Ensure compilation of Quarterly Bottom Ups in consultation with trade marketing and marketing
- Monitor and control the Sales Incentive vs. target
- Allocate target per channel region SKU and salesman level
- Coordinate the periodic cycle meeting attended by Sales Management & Brand Team
- Coordinate the release & Actual trade spend among channel/customer Regions
- Management of TTS in SAP
- Managing TTS, RIG, forecasting trouble shooting.
