Job Description
- Understand, plan and execute program plan in order to achieve and maintain program objective.
- Conduct an on-going needs analysis on the target audience we are serving in order to ensure your understanding of the problem and the best fit solution.
- Develop, implement and evaluate our programs in collaboration with our universities.
- Develop reports, surveys and other materials that ensure program quality.
- Compile feedbacks for future development.
- Recruit, lead and evaluate team of facilitators who are facilitating our programs in their universities.
- Plan, implement and evaluate community events to ensure facilitators' engagement.
- Work in any of the task forces that empower our program.
Job Requirements
- It is a full-time job. Management/Business Major is a plus. (Undergraduate/Graduate)
- The job has flexible working hours as the company operates by objective based leadership but generally from 10 am to 6 pm.
- If the applicant is still an undergrad, he/she will have to manage their time well when the next academic year starts.
Job Requirement:
- Major: Any major. (Undergraduates and graduates)
- Passion towards Education and helping others.
- Extra-curricular activities experience (AIESEC, ISLC,MUN, etc..) is a must. The more diverse the better. Fundraising/Business Development experience is a plus.
- IT knowledge in Excel, Google Drive and MailChimp.
