Job Description

  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the GM across the range of his work.
  • Respond to the GM’s queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
  • Support the GM in his projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, and consultation.

Job Requirements

  • Females ONLY.
  • Residency in Heliopolis area is the must.
  • Have an excellent experience in administration work.
  • Excellent in MS Office and “back-office” software.
  • In depth knowledge of office management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
