Job Description
- Partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
- Executing the entire sales cycle, from generating new sales to opportunity closure.
- Developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for the sales pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of experience as a salesperson.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic and English.
