- Create distribution strategy and blue print for respective geography
- Implementation of efficient Supply chain mechanism to create sustainable partner ROI models
- Partner life cycle management : onboarding, performance evaluation & improvement
Retail Excellence
- Ensure optimum outlet extraction through market inputs
- Deploy LCC (Lava Customer Consultant) (directly on rolls of company) on right outlets
- Ensure availability through adherence to placement norms
- Ensure visibility through implementation of optimum marketing elements
- Ensure recommendation at retail through product knowledge & market hygiene
Lead People
Career progression
- Directly lead a team of 10-12 Distribution Operations Manager & Retail Marketing Executive
- Empower & engage direct & indirect team’s through skill building & appraisals
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, coaching & mentoring
Lead Knowledge
- Training & coaching team (Distribution & Retail) on processes, policies & soft skills
- Training & coaching team on technology, products and IT systems
- Training need identification and skill enhancement
- Empower teams to facilitate business through periodic RCA & action planning
Job Requirements
- University graduate (English section is highly preferred)
- MBA holder is a must.
- Experience in FMCG and distribution is a MUST
- Expertise in basic Supply chain principles (price, materials, credit management)
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- Process and data Orientation
- Strong analytical skills to define & direct operations
