Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Manager your main task is to sell advertising slots on the company’s websites, by targeting specific companies from all around the world with largely sell broader industry trends.

Setup a one-man-show strategic sales-plan and execute sales-plan schedule accordingly. You will also engage in other technical resources in EMEA regional and World Wide Divisional resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential markets.
  • Create direct mail initiatives.
  • Sell advertising slots on the company’s websites, by targeting specific companies from all around the world.
  • Create and develop an updated Advertising Sales efficient strategies & market reports.
  • Prepare Analytical reportson a quarterly bases to determine the most promising strategies of the targeted organization.
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their finding.
  • Research and analyze competitors advertising links.
  • Develop on a regular bases an advertising strategies for our services to be marketed, balancing the goals of the company with clients satisfaction.
  • Prepare the needed marketing ideas and materials, such as media-kits and special packages.
  • Negotiate advertising
  • Efficiency communicate with clients to provide advertising, marketing or technical advice.
  • Work together with our Graphic Designers who create and deliver ads. to realize your creative ideas.
  • Measure ads. effectiveness and optimize if needed.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Proven Advertising Sales with an experience in marketing, promotions and public relations. Preferred in the vitiation industry with a proven record of successfully selling services & products worldwide.
  • Bachelor degree in Sales and Advertising or a related field such as /Marketing/ Business Administration.
  • Certified diploma in Sales & Marketing, Advertising/ Communications/ Business Administration are helpful.
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express your ideas.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent English {preferable mother-tongue language}.
  • Additional languages are always a huge plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the unique dynamics of the marketplace, relevant advertiser segments, industry challenges, etc.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals as determined by management.
  • Must be proficient in identifying and establishing prospect lists
  • Must be able to generate new and imaginative ideas.
  • Ability to deal professionally with a range of people in different roles with different mindsets and cultures.
  • Strong PR and presentation skills especially in the e-communication environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in all environments: email, phone and face to face.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in E-Advertising/ Sales Development.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and focus on details.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker able to develop solutions based on customer demands.
  • Ability to make swift decisions, work through stressful situations and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong SEO analytical skills.
  • Excellent team work skills.
  • Self-motivator & well organized.
  • Passionate commitment to work alone.
