Job Description
- Ensure all safety and environmental policies and regulations are followed, including clean housekeeping at the facility
- Oversee all drivers, operators, and other personnel at the plant; train, develop, and motivate employees toward accomplishing company goals and objectives
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment continually remain in safe and efficient operating condition; monitor all preventative and regular maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Ensure that all products meet quality requirements; take samples and test as necessary; ensure all equipment is working properly; complete all required reports timely and accurately; inform proper personnel of any quality problems that need resolving
- Assist sales and customer service as needed, coordinate employee scheduling with customer service
- Maintain adequate levels of all raw materials, supplies and products; maintain accurate inventories and production reports as required
- Operate front end loader and other heavy equipment to maintain yard and plant as necessary
- Other duties as they arise
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in Batch Plant Operations.
- Able to reallocate between sites and cities.
