Job Scope:
- Provide technical support for new VAS product / service definition, planning and development.
- Perform a Project Management role for internal / external technology projects.
- Liaise with customer and technology partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science, or similar related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Operations Manager in a Mobile VAS Managed services company
- 5+ years of proven track experience on managing successful project implementation in a technology environment
- 3+ years of proven track experience on Mobile Telecom Services and experience on VAS platforms.
- Experience managing the whole project life cycle using standards of Methodology. Prince2 or PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of ITIL.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build productive working relationships throughout the business.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong organization, communication, prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and complete projects within tight deadlines.
