Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software sales for Subsbase across the region. 
  • The ideal candidate will be accountable for achieving revenue projections as per the business plan and will accelerate his/her career as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships in the MENA region.
  • You will work closely with the Chief commercial officer on the strategy, forecasting and KPIs.
  • You will identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities
  • Submit Business Plan, which includes marketing activities and GTM Go to market strategy for each sector.
  • Manage and create new Key Partnerships to scale the business in an untraditional manner
  • You will establish and develop key relationships with local partners, channel partner & distributors sales teams to ensure the effective and efficient closing of sales opportunities.
  • You will develop and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers.
  • You will manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans.
  • You will deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • You will expand the sales team and hire the appropriate candidates when needed

Job Requirements

  • To succeed at this job, you must have:
    • Capability to close complicated deals and multi-year deals from discovering sales opportunities to contract completion. You should be able to up-sell strategic / custom solution to a strategic account as well as penetrating and closing strategic targets
    • a proven track record of success selling SaaS solutions
    • technical awareness
    • an ability to communicate and articulate the Company’s vision and benefits to customers
    • excellent organisation and planning skills with drive to effectively implement the plans
  • You must be fluent in English.

  • You must have a Bachelor degree or above in related field.
  •  2 to 5 years of sales experience in tech industries
