Job Description
- Handles the required plant personnel paperwork including but not limited to, completing required forms for new hires, completing name and address changes, maintaining employment applications, following up employees attendance and terminations.
- Files employees’ vacation requests and follow-up on their vacation balance.
- Keeps records of all personnel transactions and submits a weekly report to the Senior Personnel Specialist to review and prepare the payroll accordingly.
- Represents company at personnel-related hearings and investigations within plant.
- Investigates accidents and insurance carrier and reports them to the Senior Personnel Specialist and the Plant Manager to suggest sufficient action.
