Job Description
- Conduct quality internal audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000 and BRC/IOP standards.
- Establish quality procedures.
- Control of documents.
- Provide hygienic and technical training to employees.
- Monitor pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practice and take corrective actions in presence of deviation.
- Analyze chemical and microbiological results and takes corrective actions needed.
- Approve and evaluate suppliers and production subcontractors.
- Compose and review HACCP plans for products.
- Monitor critical control points periodically.
Job Requirements
- B.S.degree preferably in agriculture, science or related topic to food safety.
- 3-5 years’ experience.
- Certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000 and BRC internal auditor.
