Job Description

Our Client is one of the Top Real Estate Developers in Egypt and they're looking for a Branch Customer Service Executive (Face to Face):

  • Handling a High Volume of Customer Service inquires in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquires and customer questions and concerns.
  • Handling Branches Customer Service requests.
  • Handling complaints/inquires and financial requests and reporting them to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a Similar position, handling Customers in Branch.
  • Perfect English Language.
  • High Presentability and Communication Skills.
