Responsible of building and leading TALENTED team to create and develop English educational content.
S/He plays a key role in the transformation of current material into a market-leader dynamic product,
Leverage the wealth of content assets available across our materials portfolio.
Respond to the three factors: Market Demand, MOE directives and the latest curriculum development techniques).

Experience : (10+ year) of relevant experience.
Education : Master's degree in Education, Doctorate preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and test construction.
Minimum five years of educational leadership experience, including personnel leadership mentoring, and training
Minimum five years of teaching the national curricula
Strong project planning and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple efforts and to address changes in priorities
Outstanding oral and written English & Arabic communication skills required.
Ability to work under stress.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, especially in a teamwork environment.
Process improvement orientation.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and customer focus.
