Job Description
- Management of the training / development needs analysis process, creation of short and long-term training / development plans at the end of the analysis,
- The necessity of the training needs arising during the year and the analysis of the appropriateness of the budget,
- The creation of a short and long-term educational / development plan,
- The organization of the training in accordance with the annual training plan,
- To contribute to the professional and behavioral development of the positions for which the organization is responsible in line with its needs and to prepare, implement and follow up the promotion / training, training and development programs to train human resources for open staffing,
- Reporting and measurement of training / development activities,
- Management of outsourcing trainings, tailor-made training content to the company and follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably a graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations departments, or a master's degree in related fields,
- Having at least 3 years of experience in Training Consultancy firms or Human Resources Training departments,
- Good command of English,
- MS Office applications dominate at a very good level,
- Preferably a global company and Textile Sector experience,
- Having planning and organization skills,
- Successful in human relations, strong communication and presentation skills, improved follow-up and coordination ability,
