Job Description

PayME is one of the few promising Fintech startups operating in the mobile payment arena with products/services targeting both businesses and consumers.

We are looking for a Full Time BDM to drive our sales & marketing process with a potential to be a Co founder.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
  • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services.
  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with clients and managers.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Plan and oversee sales strategy for different products and pricing schemes
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from pitching to purchasing to contracting and follow up.

The package will be based on basic salary + commission + stock options.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce, consumer Internet, technology, telecoms, digital products, consulting or retail industries.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
  • Age between 27 and 32 years.
  • Excellent experience in drafting proposals and sales decks that really sell
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”.
  • Must be metrics-driven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.
  • Experience in defining new processes is desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
