Job Description
For a multi-national Steel Manufacturing Firm in Egypt ( Located in Badr City)
Sales Administration Officer
- To review the due dates, prices, quantities of any order as per the standards of lead time, quotations and minimum orders quantities
- To create in the ERP system any new reference or index and to fill its data regarding prices and general parameters
- To follow-up with the R&D department the engineering of any new reference or index
- To generate of the needs (Raw Materials, Operations) of the orders and editing of the production files
- To communicate internally any new PO and to acknowledge it to our customers, following with them any pending issue
- To follow the global load in number of lines and to lead smoothing with Clients
- To issue the invoices on a daily basis through the ERP system
- To control reception of the signed delivery notes from the customers
- To send the invoices once receiving their delivery notes
- To minimize the pending and blocked invoices
- To archive all delivery notes (signed from the customer) for 3 years
- To archive all the production files for 2 years
- To perform monthly the maintenance actions on the ERP system and to sustain the database structure
- To review the output margins of new products and to lead updated (R&D or costing)
- To manage sales administrators and to drive their work with KPIs
Job Requirements
- Education/Degree obtained: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Accounting
- Language(s):English Excellent – French is an asset
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office/ERP
- Years of Experience:Minimum 1 years in the same field
