Job Description
- Audit claiming vouchers, and guide employees to obtain suitable invoices & receipts based on local tax law
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual tax return documents and declaration form
- Maintain bookkeeping in English under the guide of financial manager, ensure timely and accurate month-end closing for internal and external reporting
- Support external audit and co-ordinate accounting documents or information required
- Be responsible on outward affairs related to bank, tax authorities, external auditor and etc.
- Assist the financial manager to maintain good relationships with them.
- Assist other accounting functions as assigned and ensures they are done on a timely with accurate manner.
- Other task request by the financial manager.
Job Requirements
- Experience on dealing with tax affairs for a corporate company independently
- Experience on bookkeeping in English based on local accounting principle
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Be able to use English as working language
- Proficient in Windows software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Trustworthy, highly motivated and be able to work with limited supervision
- Have good interpersonal skill, ability to work well in team environment, and be willing to perform under pressure/tight deadlines
