Manufacturing facility specialized in Carpets needs a production engineer with the listed job descriptions

Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Ensure that the production processes comply with production standards & production plan.
Record all products which do not match with standards and recognize the reasons to initiate proper solutions.
Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
Supervise; lead the technicians and developing their performance & productivity rate.
Communicate with management and use personnel to develop production and design standards.
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
Improve the production process by allocating the deficiencies and solving them.
Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Train all the technicians and the subordinates to maximize the production rate and pass his knowledge to them.
Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
