Job Description
- Configure, customize and develop solutions over CRM application (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) based on the customer plan.
- Strong experience of programming procedures and programming languages including JavaScript and SQL
- Strong experience of IIS and web technologies
- Develop and test programs and programming modifications; Write testing plans for others to test your work
- Managing the CRM platform that is used for service provisioning to all government entities (PaaS)
- Administrating the Platform and make sure it is healthy and functional including the server’s S/W configurations and CRM server Maintenance tasks.
- Create new tenants work-space, new tenants’ admins, and manage their privileges.
- Develop new functions and features in the CRM platform that can be utilized by all hosted tenants.
- Develop and maintain integration points with current and new government shared services (SMS, Payment,….etc)
- Maintain Dynamics CRM Server’s related technologies
- Maintain server’s S/W updates and Dynamics CRM patching process as described and provided by Microsoft
- Maintain CRM Performance optimization
- Maintain CRM Organisation Business customization
- Maintain CRM Organisation security and managing users
- Handle CRM incidents escalations
- Owns SQL server settings tasks of Dynamics CRM instance
- Owns SQL server Maintenance tasks of Dynamics CRM Databases
- install and manage different components of the application from deployment, setup and configuration perspective (Web application, Mobile application, Sandbox, Synchronous processing, ASync. Processing, SSRS, SSS,…)
Job Requirements
- 5 – 7 years’ experience working with Dynamics CRM as functional consultant.
- Number and size of projects: Implemented complete life cycle of least 5 to 7 projects.
- Fluent in English
- Technical functional consultant with CRM / XRM background, having worked on the MS CRM / XRM product extensively and done multiple implementations.
- Modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service
- Aware of mobility in CRM / XRM
- Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
- Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.
- Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc.
- Should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding & knowledge of Roadmap for MS CRM / XRM
- Demonstrated ability to write specifications for and work with offshore development teams
- Good Knowledge of MS CRM Application & MS integrated products (ADXS studio, Social engagement & MS Marketing) .
- Strong Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, XML, SQL, SSRS
- Experience in front-end development, HTML, HTML 5, Javascript is a plus
- Experience in SQL Server Administration is a plus
