- Ensuring that all students enjoy a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Working closely with students to foster individual success plans and maintaining accurate records.
- Effectively demonstrating learning materials and developing engaging classroom activities.
- Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
- Organizing and supervising play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, dancing etc)
- Carries out daily routines (routine drills, bag check, class tidying up, etc.)
- Collaborating with management with events.
