Job Description
- Execute the selected interior finishes, furnishings and artwork
- Provides quality control for all interior and exterior finishing projects
- Meets with clients and responsible for cultivating and marketing to new clients and maintaining existing client relationships
- Responsible for space and furniture planning; furniture procurement if needed
- Leads presentations and communicates design concepts using appropriate software
- Prepares contracts and proposals for interior finishing services
- Prepares budgets and purchasing orders
- Produces interior & exterior finishing documents and specifications
- Coordinates internally with project Architect, Manager and Director
- Meets with suppliers and vendors
- Reviews shop drawings and submittal for approval
Job Requirements
- 8-10 experience in the same industry.
- BSc in Engineering or fine arts Architecture
- Transportation from El Remaya square to site (6th of October city)
