Job Description

  • Portfolio and risk management through dealing with financial institutions to ensure smooth workflow, financial efficiency and profitability
  • Manage cash flow on periodical basis through monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure adequate liquidity to support business operations
  • Manage financial performance through monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure expenditures are controlled within the limits of the company’s financial plan
  • Develop and deliver Vendor management process to facilitate suppliers relations with all Centro departments through effectively selecting and managing preferred vendors to ensure availability of the best vendors whenever needed
  • Manage activities related to purchasing systems and procedures through issuing and reviewing purchase requisitions from intent to purchase through to ensure service or commodity delivery on time and with high quality
  • Participate in the strategic and long-term financial plans through developing financial policies and procedures in support of work process to ensure compliance with quality standards, healthy growth and meeting the company strategic and financial objectives
  • Manage the company's periodical financial audit with its external auditors through preparation of disclosures and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of information presented, and legal compliance
  • Create departmental related reports on Periodical basis through tracking, measuring, monitoring department performance to provide performance tracking and take decision on improvement opportunities
  • Coach, develop, monitor and follow up on team members performance for improving productivity and skills competencies to ensure people development and high performance

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA, CMA is preferable
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance and administration accounting fields
  • Conflict resolution and decision making
  • Awareness of special tax laws and regulations that affect the business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills /Innovative thinker
  • IT Skills: MS Office & ERP experience.
  • Languages: Excellent Arabic & English (Written/Oral).
