Job Description
Main duties & responsibilities
- Prepare certificate of origin and receive packaging list to send to clients.
- Daily review of the out-standing reports in order to follow up shipping orders.
- Receiving clients’ inquiries to coordinate orders with sales team and plant.
- Send offer to clients to commence the shipping process.
- Provide clients with necessary shipping documents prior shipments.
- Following up with clients, sales team and the plant to ensure no delays in shipping.
- Prepare production priorities reports and send it to the warehouse manager
- Prepare and send invoices to the finance department
- Send weekly open quotation report to the sales team to review potential orders
- Filing offers, orders and shipping documents for future references.
- Coordinate orders with the Customer Service Manager
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant field.
- The ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
- Computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
- 1-2 years of experience in back office sales and customer service.
- Age 23 – 25 years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- SAP System background
- Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
- CV’s must include a recent photo.
- Males (Preferable)
- Preferable graduates of BUE/MIU/GUC international universities.
- Back office Export Sales experience is preferred
