Job Description

Receive calls, answer inquiries, take messages.

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries (emails and faxes).
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Issuing pre and post meeting reports as well as meeting preparation
  • Scheduling appointments

Job Requirements

  • Not less than 3 years of experience at the same field.
  • Female Genders are preferred.
  • Good computer skills Good Communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to operate on office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications (outlook, Skype, creating pdf's ,familiar with power point presentations)
  • Excellent time scheduling skills, experienced in.
