Job Description

  • Contact new suppliers to get better contracted hotels and tours FIT rates.
  • Handle clients complaints and try to resolve it.
  • Revise the quotations and proposals of the tour operators before sending to clients
  • Revise the ready made packages before launching.
  • Track the KPIS of the tour operators, and help them maintain their high scores.
  • Handle training for new employees.
  • Revise suppliers’ monthly statements and coordinate the payments with the accounting.
  • Set strategic improvements for the department with the manager and follow up on their completion on time.
  • Track the department performance and think of ideas to achieve the targets.
  • Organize workload for tour operators to help them get maximum effort.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking)
  • Knowledge of leisure and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt
  • Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs (word, excel and Powerpoint )
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Presentable appearance
  • Flexibility to travel abroad
  • Ability to work under pressure
