Job Description
- Participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, competitive positioning and pricing, developing response strategy, proposal development, follow up till opportunity close.
- Provide creative, innovative, and optimum solutions to our customers.
- Work with the account managers to generate leads, identify pipeline, and plan activities.
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers & vendors.
- Conduct sales/technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Identify the scope of the demonstration with sales team and follow demonstration progress.
- Align the solution details with the sales team to ensure proper solution deployment that fulfills customer requirements.
- Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs.
- Enhance product knowledge, follow product updates and new features, and transfer knowledge to account managers, post-sales team, and customers.
- Explore market trends and new technologies.
- Build documents (Bill-of-Materials, Solution Description, Competitive Analysis, Design Documents…).
- Achieve assigned Quota for product lines and technology areas.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Analyze the Client business needs to define the required solution; segregate the solution components and interaction, prepares and presents the required documents, presentations.
- Act as the technical expert on the project and resolves any issues if raised.
