Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Responsible of the company’s purchases.
  • Knows the market and seeks constant information about changes (prices, products available, etc.).
  • Has to purchase the best quality of goods available (according to the management) at the best price possible. Compares quality and prices permanently between the suppliers.
  • Responsible to get at least 3 quotations on each purchase request.
  • Personally responsible that needed goods are delivered in time
  • Keeping records
  • Generating and maintaining filling system.
  • Answering and place telephone calls ensure accurate messages and timely receipts.
  • Keep-up to date meetings and appointments calendar.
  • In charge of faxes & courier distribution
  • Responsible of the messengers daily destination
  • Responsible of the office boys assignments & follow up
  • Perform other tasks on request

Job Requirements

  • Presentable
  • Very good English written and spoken
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Very good computer skills
