Job Description:
- Handling Rejected Orders or Ticketing and Troubleshooting
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program.
- Communicating with customers and vendors to solve the problem.
- Handling customers and vendors complains.
- Dynamic in approach
Job Requirements
- Graduates or Undergraduates can apply
- Minimum of 0-3 years’ relevant experience in Call Center or online customer care exposure.
- Good listener, Effective communication skills, Proactive, Dynamic in approach
