Job Description
- Manage the whole team to achieve the sales target and objectives.
- Ensure excellent services to all customers and maintain excellent relationship with the strategic customers.
- Prepare reports about the whole team performance, achievements, targeted and potential customers, competitors etc.
- Propose new products & services.
- Recommend incentive plans for sales team.
- Follow up on every offer before sending it to the customer.
- Motivate and coaching the sales team and create the needed training plan
- Work with the team to register the company with all major organizations & companies which require our product.
- Propose new ideas & marketing tools to increase exposure in the market.
