Job Description
- Supporting the communication lead in developing communication plans and identifying the main ideas and activities of each campaign (brainstorming) in light of the specific budget for each campaign.
- Support in building a strong communication of the Brand and clear storytelling of every collection and every piece to create a high level of consumer awareness of the authenticity, effort, and history embedded and engraved in the brand name.
- Work on a yearly plan highlighting the brand values.
- Coordinate shoots whether product shoots, fashion shoots, or brand shoots abiding by the brand values and objectives within each and every campaign whether product shoot, fashion shoot or brand shoot
- Cascade brand know-how by writing briefs and providing assistance to agencies, photographers, and partners to efficiently execute communication material.
- Measure and report campaign performance against set KPIs.
- Foster a spirit of innovation and creativity.
- Assist the team to come up with new communication strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals.
- Assist the team in setting the brand’s way forward and expansion.
- Assist Communication Lead in setting the brand tone of voice, persona, and visual language, making sure they are properly implemented in all brand’s communication.
- Set and adapt brand guidelines for internal communication.
- Provide team with continuous market insights and target insights to effectively influence brand communication
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Previous direct management of holistic campaigns, and prior experience with broadcast, digital and direct response tactics a plus. Experience working with agencies is preferred.
- Team player with effective communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including operations, sales, distribution, marketing, finance, programming and legal.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm.
- Must be results-oriented and possess a market understanding know how.
